Entries for the 2023 Intercollegiate Rifle Club Championships are now being accepted.  Please visit the IRCC page for the match program and to register for the match.

We have also created a match calendar that lists relevant events by the ASSA, CMP, USAS, and NRA so the competitors can find everything in one place.   We hope this will help the shooting community plan efficiently.  Please contact us if you have an event that should be added to the calendar.  [email protected]

****  NOTICE ****

For the first time in the history of the ASSA we will be requiring minimum attendance numbers in order to spend the time, effort and energy to conduct this event.
We will open match registration on February 1st 2023.   On May 1st 2023 if sufficient paid entries for both championships are not received the matches will be canceled due to lack of interest.  Full refunds will be made to anyone who has paid by check.  Credit card refunds will be made minus the administration fees we are charged by the processor.

We strongly encourage everyone planning to attend this event to make your reservations with the cancellation option.
The staff of the ASSA regrets this decision.  The real decision lies in the hands of the competitors.

2022 ASSA Competitor Meeting Minutes

Below you will find the minutes recorded during the two (2) 2022 ASSA Competitor Meetings.  One meeting was conducted during the 3-position phase and a second meeting was held during the prone / F-SBR portion of the championships.  The minutes from both meetings have been combined into one (1) file for your convenience.

The meetings are conducted in an open forum where any competitor, coach, parent or even spectator is able to provide suggestions, input or comments regarding ASSA and our overall operations.  The meetings are conducted with no less than two (2) ASSA officers present so there is direct access and communication on all topics to the leadership of YOUR organization.

As ASSA is an organization for shooters by shooters, we want to continue our complete transparency regarding the meetings - even to those who were not in attendance.
