All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or by direct bill. Check in time is at 3:00 pm. Early check-in
is on a request basis but is not guaranteed. Check out time is 11:00 am date of scheduled departure.
Cancellations and No-Show Charges
The cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. A cancellation number will be issued to confirm cancellation.
If the reservation is not cancelled, the guest will be charged one night's stay plus tax which is considered a “no
show” charge.
American Smallbore is not responsible for any rooms. Remaining rooms in the block after the cut off date of
6/17/2021, will return to general inventory. Room and group rate is not guaranteed after cut off date.
