This form is for an individual who is not on a team who will be shooting both the smallbore and air rifle event.  This person is not excluded from team events as some schools may use different individuals for specific events.
Once the form is submitted you will be directed to the online store for the Individual 2 Day Package entry item.  Have your credit card information available so you can complete your purchase at check out.  You can also skip the check out process send a check payable to the American Smallbore Shooting Association. Checks should be mailed to PO Box 855, Latrobe PA 15650.  Please add a note in the comments section if you are mailing your entry.
