Prone Course of Fire: What should it be?

6400 Critchfield 160 record shots per day
4800 Moody 120 record shots per day
Either one is ok with me.
If you prefer the 4800- Why?

50 Yard Match has no bearing on the outcome.
50 Yard Match is just a waste of ammunition
No one will ever break the 50 Yard Any Sight Record so why shoot it.
With 2 Relays, the day is already too long.
I no longer have the stamina to shoot 160 shots.
